The Well

The Well The Well offers programs and experiences to promote the wellness of body, mind and soul and to foster greater health and justice in whole communities.

The Well is a ministry of Westminster Presbyterian Church, but our workshop teachers and programmatic leaders come from a variety of backgrounds and share a wide base of experience. Everyone who serves in a leadership position with The Well is trained and (where appropriate) licensed or certified in their area of leadership.

The Well is a health and spirituality ministry which:
fosters the wholeness and spiritual growth of individuals through experiential learning and practice,
and fosters the wholeness of communities through programs that connect diverse people and build community, and through advocacy for healthier and more just systems. The Well seeks to provide resources for any who seek greater health and deeper spirituality. Most of the workshops and programs are available to anyone who is interested, regardless of age. However, we recognize that some programs can be more effective if tailored to the particular needs of a group of people. We have programs specifically geared toward the needs of a) families with school-age children, b) pregnant women, c) youth of all ages, and d) those in the second half of life.
