🌑 A Prayer for the Night

God,

Tonight, I lay it all down —
not just the noise, but the ache behind it.
Not just the plans, but the pressure beneath them.
Not just the roles, but the weight of always being the strong one.

Let the hush of this night do more than silence.
Let it soften me where I’ve gone hard from survival.
Let it hold me where no one else does.

If there’s something I’m still gripping that You never asked me to carry,
show me how to release it without guilt.
If there’s something I’ve forgotten about who I am,
whisper it back to me in my sleep.

Tonight, I don’t need answers —
I just need to remember I’m still Yours.

Cover me with the kind of peace that doesn’t beg for proof.
Let rest be holy. Let stillness be safe.
Let tomorrow wait.
