Ni Ta Nee NOW

Ni Ta Nee NOW Ni-Ta-Nee NOW, a local chapter of the National Organization for Women. Ni-Ta-Nee NOW is the Centre County chapter of the National Organization for Women.

We meet the 1st Wednesday each month at 6:30 pm at the State College Borough Building unless we post an alternative meeting place on this site. We were founded in 1991. We are one of about 20 local grassroots, nonprofit volunteer chapters throughout the state that help make up Pennsylvania NOW, the state chapter with over 13,000 contributing members. We belong to the National Organization for Wome

n based in Washington, DC which has over 500,000 members. NOW members are women and men, young and old, all colors, classes, abilities, and backgrounds, working together to bring about equal rights for all women.

Our campaign is honored to be endorsed unanimously by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Organization for Women. We will not only advocate for Reproductive Rights, but also equal pay for equal work, because it's the right thing to do.
