Yowling, rubbing, raising the behind up in the air (lordosis reflex), spraying, the desire to go outside and find a mate...are all symptoms that can occur during a female cat's heat cycle. Sometimes females can appear more loving and other times females can have more aggressive tendencies during this cycle."

Remember that spaying a cat will eliminate these behaviors as well as help control the cat population. Please have your cat spayed by 4 months of age!

Went for his checkup today. Dr says he’s between 2to 3 yrs old. He’s 14lbs and healthy he just had tapeworms and flea dirt which he got treatment for. So now I have to get him neutered. He was so good Dr Mule was turning him and checking him and he was so cooperative. I just can’t believe he’s just a baby. Just makes me wonder maybe his owner didn’t know he was sick or maybe he thought he had longer I can’t imagine him getting a kitten and knowing you have limited time something had to have happen. But his family if he had any are just horrible because I do remember them packing up the apartment and the stuff was sitting outside in a parking spot. I remember seeing a beautiful cat tree I just thought someone was coming to get it. Just so sad. But I’m going to try and right this wrong. He’s such a sweetheart.

He is settling in. I’m sure he’s so glad to be inside. Imagine living your best life then just thrown outside of your home and not allowed back in. Just trying to survive on whoever decides to feed you. Just 6 months of pure misery.

I went to drop off presents tonight to somewhere I used to work so about six months ago maybe longer a gentleman who lives in the same condos passed away and they just put his cat outside so I have been trying to get this cat for all that time with no help from anybody in the development, i’ve personally talk to people. Yes people were feeding him, but no one was actively trying to help so I pull up tonight he’s walking across the street. I don’t know what to do. I don’t have a carrier. I don’t really notice Cat long story short I have some treats just kept kind of talking to him rubbing him so then I just said go for the goal. I picked him up on the side and just rushed to the car. He did freak out for like half a second but then he calmed down so now he is off the streets somewhere warm I will get him vetted and up for adoption, but if you know someone who is interested in a Maine c**n, let me know cause he is a sweetheart, and I believe one of the people that I was talking to at the complex said his name is Mike.
