1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
For the mac and cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the potato salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup diced onion
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the green beans
12 ounces green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
π½οΈ How to Make It :
1οΈβ£ Season the chicken
Pat the chicken dry, then rub it with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. This is the kind of easy dinner that starts with simple seasoning and big flavor.
2οΈβ£ Bake until golden
Bake the chicken at 400Β°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the skin is browned and the meat is fully cooked. Let it get nice and glossy so it brings those real comfort food vibes to the plate.
3οΈβ£ Make the mac and cheese
Boil the macaroni until just tender. In a saucepan, melt the butter, whisk in the flour, then slowly add the milk until smooth. Stir in the cheeses, season to taste, and mix in the pasta until creamy and cheesy.
4οΈβ£ Finish the sides
Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then cool slightly and mix with mayo, mustard, onion, chopped eggs, salt, and pepper for the potato salad. Cook the green beans in butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until tender. No bacon here, just a simple homemade side that works perfectly.
5οΈβ£ Build the plate
Add the chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, and green beans to each plate and serve hot. Itβs the kind of Sunday dinner that looks full, cozy, and seriously worth making again.
