CASA of Logan County

CASA of Logan County CASA volunteers are trained advocates for children involved in children services cases, many in foster care, through no fault of their own.

Stronger together! 💙

At CASA of Logan County, we’re so proud to serve as the volunteer advocacy arm of the Logan County Family Court. Yesterday was United Way’s Community Care Day was such a powerful reminder: whether we’re standing up for children in the courtroom or rolling up our sleeves alongside court staff to serve our neighbors across Logan County, building a stronger community is a team effort.

Thank you to the Logan County Family Court team and all the local organizations making a direct impact today! 🛠️✨

What an incredible day of community impact—we loved getting to serve alongside you! 🙌💙

Happy National Friendship Day! 💙

Friendship is about showing up, listening, encouraging, and reminding someone they are not alone.

At CASA of Logan County, we see the power of meaningful connections every day. While CASA volunteers serve as advocates for children who have experienced abuse or neglect, they also become trusted, consistent adults who help children feel seen, heard, and supported during some of life's most challenging moments.

Today, we're celebrating the friends, mentors, volunteers, neighbors, and caring community members who make Logan County stronger through kindness and compassion.

✨ Tag a friend who has made a difference in your life and let them know how much they mean to you!

Together, we can create a community where every child knows they have someone in their corner.

What Does a CASA Volunteer Do?

Every child deserves one caring adult in their corner.

CASA volunteers are appointed by the court to advocate for children experiencing abuse or neglect. They help ensure the child's voice is heard and their best interests remain the priority.

A CASA volunteer can be the one consistent person in a child's life during a difficult time.

Last week, CASA of Logan County had the opportunity to take an important step forward in how we show up for our community. We participated in an orientation to become part of the Harwood Initiative—a movement that has already been helping strengthen Logan County for over two years.

At CASA of Logan County, we believe that truly serving children means truly listening—to families, to partners, and to the community as a whole. Being part of this initiative allows us to slow down, have meaningful conversations, and better understand what our community says it needs to thrive.

This isn’t just about programs or services. It’s about people. It’s about building trust, creating space for voices to be heard, and working together to shape a stronger future for Logan County’s children and families.
We’re grateful to be part of this work and excited to continue learning, listening, and growing alongside our community. 💙❤️

Harwood Orientation was a huge success! 🎉

We explored what Harwood is all about - what it stands for and how this approach will help shape the future of Logan County.

Our Youth, Whole Health, and Senior teams shared the incredible work they’ve been leading and the impact they’re making across the community.

We’re excited to welcome new faces and keep building this movement!
