The Anthony Ford Pond Hockey tournament is this weekend in Mankato. They do adult hockey today and kids tomorrow. This year they have moved the tournament indoors. It's at the Pond on Madison. Come check it out if you're free!

We are set to have our tournament in Jordan again on Saturday, February 3rd. Our paperwork has been submitted to the City of Jordan.
We have not done the required paperwork to do the tournament in Belle Plaine this weekend.
The Belle Plaine Hockey Association will not be hosting a pond hockey tournament this weekend. You could maybe call the delivery of this news "burying the lead." Or maybe I opened with what I thought was most relevant.
If you think postponing the tournament indefinitely in Belle Plaine is a shame and want to get involved in this group to help prevent things like that from falling through the cracks, please reach out to Jeremiah Kornder at 952-564-1678 or [email protected]

TONIGHT!! 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at Hickory Park

To fulfill the mission of the Belle Plaine Hockey Association, we will be paying $400 toward indoor ice time in Le Sueur and organizing to make a tournament possible.

Tentatively, the tournament will be:
* THIS Saturday: January 6th, 2024
* Set up starting at 5 P.M.
* Games starting at 6 P.M.
* Games ending by 10 P.M.
* Take Down from 10 - 11 P.M.

The remaining cost will be about $952.99 and if we get 4 teams it will be around $240 per team, unless someone or some entity will sponsor teams.

The ice rink needs to be paid in full by Thursday at 4 P.M., so if we do not get 4 teams or more to commit to this tournament, we will have to cancel and try again another time.

I'm hoping we can get this together! :D I know the cost is high unless we can get some more teams or team sponsors, but it's always a great event!
