🌷Happy Mother's Day to you from West Bellaire Harvest Place!

🍅The garden received a wonderful gift this morning - lots of tomatoes, peppers and a squash or zucchini! What an amazing blessing to find!

🌽Hello from West Bellaire Harvest Place !

Before we hit our frost point, the pumpkin plant we got in late did start some pumpkins. The vine has died off now but it's still cool to see some pumpkins in our first garden!🎃

🥔When was the last time you ate a sweet potato? Did you know they are quite the super food?

They are loaded with Vitamin A which is crucial for eye sight health, helps repair damaged skin from UV rays, regulates calcium and phosphorus for great bone health, supports the production of white blood cells for healthy immune systems, promotes s***m and egg production in the reproductive system, and has anti-oxidant properties. Sweet potatoes also have great anti-flammatory properties which aid in decreasing pain associated with inflammation.

Incorporating sweet potatoes more often in your diet can help your body in so many ways.
