I have been one of the biggest Voices for the Medical Cannabis Patients in Ohio since Day 1.🗣🗣🗣☁️🗣🗣🗣
Want to know what the PROBLEMS are to start in the Ohio Medical Cannabis Program?
🗣🗣PRICES!!!!!!🗣🗣
This begins with OVERREGULATION and making it almost IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to get into the Industry. The fees and taxes are insane for the Growers,Processors and Dispensaries.
Therefore these entities think they need to charge ASSLOADS for a product that is EASILY obtained by the Black Market and our neighboring State Michigan.
The GREED from Ohios Regulators and current LLCS is INSANE!
Plussss there are no Micro Licences,so the small craft Cannabis is missing. The small grows where people really take PRIDE in their product are non existent, they are all trying to produce more than they can handle to pay for the fees and money they got into it.
Also the INFLATED and s**tty regulated TESTING is bulls**t,let the people 3rd Party test 1 TIME and see EXACTLY what i am saying.
This Bill still needs to Pass, but we also need to address these issues above.
HB523 was ONLY passed because the PEOPLE we about to pass a REAL MEDICAL LAW FOR THE PEOPLE!
It has SO MUCH work to do we will need 3 Senate Bills to Fix It.
To all the LLCs out there with Hundreds of Pounds of Cannabis,LOWER YOUR PRICES,make a inferior product AFFORDABLE for our Patients.
No wonder LESS THAN HALF of the Ohio Medical Ma*****na Patients in Ohio buy from Ohios Dispensaries!
I am Bill Schmitt Jr,and was at Ohios First Cannabis Activist Meeting and worked on all of the Iniatives and Referendums for Legalization and Decriminalization Ohio has ever had.
You can learn ALOT from someone born on 4/20!!!!
P.S. LET THE GROWS,PROCESSORS AND DISPENSARIES ADVERTISE ALSO!
This s**t aint Rocket Science, there are PLENTY of GOOD MEDICAL CANNABIS PROGRAMS IN THE USA!
Quit trying to reinvent the wheel!
I am Bill Schmitt Jr and i APPROVE THIS MESSAGE!
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Growers, processors and sellers of Ohio’s medical ma*****na sounded the alarm Tuesday about lawmakers’ approach to keeping the drug’s industry afloat. Amid a medical marijua…
