Animal Friends of Barbour County Animal Friends of Barbour County is volunteer run no-kill animal shelter in rural West Virginia. Con Our hours are by appointment only.

Animal Friends of Barbour County realized their dream of a brand new shelter facility just in time for Christmas of 2011. The shelter was built, in full, by a generous and anonymous member of our community. We have four dedicated cat rooms, 28 dog runs, in house laundry and grooming station.

Rebel is a handsome American Bully. He is a 60 pound bundle of love. He likes to cuddle and give kisses. Rebel gets along with other dogs. He is strong and is learning to walk more gently on leash. Rebel is house trained. Born 4/29/20, Rebel is a great dog and deserves a loving home.
