Downeast Lobstermen's Association DELA would like to have this site as an open page for blogging and comments for our members and interested folks that are interested in Maine lobster.

DELA has seats on the Lobster Institute of the University of Maine, Orono, Board of Directors for the Maine Fishermen's Forum, Board of the Research, Education and Development Board (RED Board) or Maine lobster plate fund. Our members are Maine Boat Builders, Lobster Dealers, Bait dealers, Marine supply stores, and many more that are involved with our Maine Lobster Industry.
