We are about to lose our tenants (Warren Construction) who have been heavily involved in the Co-Op remodel. This is because the Co-op work is close to ending which is great for the Co-op!! But this means we will have a large office space available. We are open to renting it to one tenant - or to making it into a shared/co working space. Let us know if you or someone you know is interested in learning more.
