🍀 Volunteers Needed for Our Annual St. Patrick’s Day Fundraiser! 🍀
The Smyrna Social Club is preparing for our biggest event of the year, and we need your help to make it a success! Our annual St. Patrick’s Day fundraiser brings the community together for great food, tradition, and friendship — and it simply wouldn’t happen without dedicated volunteers. 💚
For many years, this fundraiser has been powered by a dedicated group of longtime volunteers. As some of our valued members are no longer able to help, we’re looking to welcome new and younger volunteers to step in and help carry this tradition forward. Getting involved now ensures the Smyrna Social Club can continue serving our community for years to come.
We have a few opportunities to get involved this year:
Thursday, March 12 – Pre-Event Cleaning & Prep
Early afternoon to late afternoon (Time TBD based on availability of volunteers, usually afternoon to early evening.)
Help us get everything ready before the big day by cleaning in the kitchen, prepping dishes, cleaning tables and event spaces, and helping with general setup.
Friday, March 13 – Food License Inspection & Final Prep
9:00–11:00 AM
Help complete final preparations and be present for the food license inspection by assisting with kitchen prep, ensuring everything is inspection-ready.
Saturday, March 14
Early Dinner Shift 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Late Dinner Shift 4:00 – 8:00 PM
Both shifts involve serving food, cleaning dishes, clearing tables, and helping with the event.
Whether you can give a couple of hours or an entire shift, your time truly makes a difference. 🙌
