We will be having our Annual Oak Meadows Homeowners Meeting on Tuesday, May 15th at 6:30 at the Tupelo Country Club. We are a little late this year but hopefully we will have a good crowd with plenty of ideas and feedback. Homeowner dues of $150 are due June 1, so this would be a good time to get those in. We will put out signs at the Entry Ways to remind everyone on Monday the 14th. Please pass along this info to those who aren't on FB.

We will be having a meeting in the next few weeks. Be thinking of some ideas for the neighborhood. For example: Having a crawfish bowl or BBQ, stock the lake with fish, setting up a Neigborhood e mail list for lost dogs, break ins or anything else that might improve communication. Open for any other ideas or concerns.

How do you like the Christmas wreaths at the entrances. Lights are fixed for the moment. Need more work done and will get it done.

7- Paulette will need some help with some duties as Treasurer. Those might include sending delinquent notices, filing of liens, and other items. Most of the help will not require a lot of time. Volunteers?
8- Election of new officers passed the board vote.

4- Oak entrance work is complete including the new extended irrigation system.
5- We are storing the plants for the south entrance, motion was made and passed to have Danny Tutor proceed with this project.
6- Currently 56 delinquencies on the 2011 association dues, Paulette will send final notices to each and then if no response file liens.

Minutes from recent Board Meeting

Attending, Jeff Houin, Paullette Pippin, Chris Richburg, Ann Womack, Tommy Caldwell. (5)

1- Caldwell held two proxies
2-Tammy Chapman was elected to the board.
3-Lengthy discussion the Lake project. The fact is we do not know the outcome of the repairs therefore nothing to vote on. Not resolved about ownership or responsibility.

After our meeting last night, we have approximately 55 people out of 160 that haven't paid this years Homeowners Dues for this year. Everyone should be getting a reminder in the next week. to get these in.

There is a problem with the Lake. The overflow pipe is cracked or something and Beasley has requested the engineering co. look at it. No results yet. If anyone knows anything about the lake or background on "whose lake is it' please contact me. Tommy Caldwell
