The Close Foundation is honored to continue its partnership with Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation supporting both the “Hold Them Close” Program and the Klein Family Harford Crisis Center.

The “Hold Them Close” Program supports local at-risk mothers and substance exposed newborns at UM Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.

The Klein Family Harford Crisis Center, the area’s first integrated system of behavioral health care addressing both mental health and addiction, is serving more of Harford County’s youth than ever before.
