Large Vessel discharges
Pesticide application on or near water bodies
Stormwater Runoff

Once NPDES Permitees understand the law and recognize the need to comply, they have a need to measure their compliance. Reports are public document

s. EPA and states take enforcement action based on these reports as well as the public. We promote public participation. The public is invited to take our stormwater compliance reports class on NPDDEScompliance.org and receive a training certification. Knowing what not to report issuer just important as knowing what to report.
