September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month💛

For us, this month is deeply personal.
The Emma Claire Foundation was created to turn Emma's legacy into action. Our mission is to make life a little easier for children fighting cancer and their families by helping ease the financial burden.

Another successful Christmas in July Toy Drive! 🎁

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated and helped make this year's fundraiser such a success. We even had some special little helpers deliver the toys to the hospital, making the day extra special.

It's time for our 4th annual toy drive to help the children at the Johns Hopkins Children's Center for Christmas in July! 🎅
We're excited to be working with the Child Life team on the pediatric oncology inpatient & outpatient floor to fill the needs of the unit.

Child Life Services help patients and their families have a positive experience during outpatient visits or when admitted to the hospital. They work to reduce the children's fears and anxieties during medical procedures and hospitalizations. They also maintain the playrooms and organize a weekly Bingo for the children to participate in and win prizes. The playroom was where we would spend a lot of our time in the hospital and was often the highlight of Emma's day.

With the help of the Child Life specialists, we've created an Amazon wish list of the toys, games, and supplies that are needed the most and popular with the patients.

For the next 10 days, we will be collecting gifts that will be shipped to us and we will make one big delivery to the hospital🎄
