Our FLL team 6256 ImagiNation competed over the weekend. They had a great time sharing what they learned this season, and seeing what other teams had to show as well. Thanks to APGFCU and Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for helping to make this season a good one!

Come out in Thursday Night, May 29th from 6 to 8 pm in our Service Drive-Thru Thru to check out all the fun the Harford County 4H Robotics club has to offer! Do you have a kid that loves Legos and/or Robots, then this is a must attend event!

At the end of this month we'll be at Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to show off the robots and hopefully meet some of you!

Come join us on May 29 from 6-8PM and see what we're about.

Our FTC team just finished up their season with another good showing at their second tournament this past weekend, but our FLL teams are competing this Saturday.

The tournament is this Saturday at St. Paul's school and they still need a number of volunteers including/especially judges without conflicts of interest. You don't need to know anything about the competition or robotics ahead of time to be a judge! You will get all the training you need after signing up.

If you're interested in helping out you can message me and I can get you in touch with someone who can tell you more of what they need, or you can go straight to https://marylandfll.org/volunteering/volunteering-how-to-sign-up/ and sign up for the competition at St Paul's school January 18th.

I can promise you'll come away impressed with how much the teams have accomplished, and you'll get breakfast and lunch! You will also make it possible for all of the teams to have a great time sharing what they've learned throughout their season.

The 2023-24 Maryland FIRST® LEGO® LEAGUE Challenge season will feature competition events held around the state. Events are hosted by a variety of local organizations. We were at FLL States today with 69 other great teams! Making it to States is quite an achievement, but actually getting an award at States is AMAZING! ImagiNation, congratulations on earning the Judge's Award! 🎉

The FLL project topic for this season is about hobbies. The teams had to choose a hobby and promote it using arts and/or technology. Our team chose chess as their hobby, and they made a music video to teach about the different ways the chess pieces move. They wrote the parody, recorded themselves singing it, and created the video! They received some feedback on their first video and made the suggested improvements. Here is the (hopefully) final version!
