June is here, and that means it's time to announce our Advocate of the Month!

Big Congratulations to Alyssa Bates.

Over the past few months, Alyssa has consistently gone above and beyond for the children she serves. Her commitment, kindness, and advocacy have not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly thankful for the difference she is making in the lives of these children.

Thank you, Alyssa, for being a voice for children and all that you do. We are proud to celebrate you this month.

Your support helps provide volunteer training, advocacy resources, support for children navigating the court system, and the ability for CASA volunteers to continue showing up.

One thing people often misunderstand about CASA is that we are foster parents but we aren’t. CASA volunteers are the voice for children in the courtroom. We advocate for their best interests, help navigate complex situations, and ensure their needs are heard during some of the hardest moments in their lives.
