NOTES:
Joyce Anderson – vocalized that it was never voted to put the gates back up.
The vote took place January 12, 2019 with 96 yes votes and 3 no.
Ms. Anderson insisted on an immediate vote to remove the gates. Joyce
Brock seconded the motion. 7 votes to remove the gates. 49 to leave
them up.
