On a more important note, the Nobel prizes are being awarded this week and next. It is fascinating to read about the people who have won for medicine, physics, and chemistry. The older I get the more I wish I had studied the sciences. I enjoyed my liberal arts education and learn to be able to use critical reasoning in any analysis of any situation, which to me is invaluable, but learning about our life through science, our biology, the physics even as something as simple as gravity and what it does for us, is just the new love of my life. I don't know why I'm saying this cuz it's just a way of communicating because I don't talk to people very often, but I think it's really cool that we celebrate people with Nobel prizes for work in the fields they specialize in.
