To achieve the objective, the BGGSA will provide a supervised program of competitive softball games under the rules and policies of The Amateur Softball Association of America, hereinafter referred to as "ASA". All directors, officers and members shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of f

uture adults is of prime importance. Tax Exempt Purpose:
The purpose of BGGSA will be limited to the achievement of objective as listed in Section 2; and will not expressly empower the organization to engage, otherwise than as an insubstantial part of its activities, in activities that themselves are not in furtherance of the objective; and provide that BGGSA’s assets must be dedicated to the objective, either by an express provision in its governing instrument or by operation of law.
