I would like to think Paragould Post 2242 auxiliary for allowing me to come on August 9th and letting me talk to everyone about running for Department Guard for 2026 to 2027. I would like to thank everyone for their hospitality. I really enjoyed my time with y’all and thank you again.

National convention was great. Enjoyed being in Reno. Glad to be home though. Just want to remind everybody to come out and support president Rhon Mohr and commander Linda Johnson homecoming in Searcy August 28, and 29th and show your support for them.
Also, I would like to let everyone know that I have thrown my hat in for guard for the year of 2027-2028. I’m very excited about getting on the campaign trail and getting to visit with all the other auxiliaries. As always I am here to support and help if needed in any way.

Today at our celebration of our 250th year for the Fourth of July, we had our usual fish fry and and flag retirement. Channel 7 came out and did interview and also filmed our ceremony. I thought maybe y’all would like to see

Our Annual 4th of July Community Fish Fry was a huge hit! We thank everyone, all the wonderful volunteers and all of our loyal members of our great community for spending their afternoon with us and supporting us! We hope everyone enjoyed it and have a fun and safe Independence Day!!
