Fall season is about to start. Practice sessions are in full swing. Wee ball to 14U/16U teams are getting ready. Games start on Sept 11th.

LTYA’ers……I hope your spring sports are off to a great start!
We are aware of Governor Abbott’s announcement regarding a new executive order which rescinds the statewide mask order effective tomorrow, Wednesday, March 10. In conjunction with our crucial partners, our priority throughout the pandemic challenge has been to continue to deliver youth sports for the Lake Travis community. Since the announcement, LTISD, our soccer sanctioning bodies’ and many local businesses have confirmed that they will continue to require masks while onsite. Similarly, at this time there are no changes to the LTYA Practice Play Guidelines and COVID Protocols.
Our three primary COVID Protocols which remain in place include:
• Coaches and Spectators over 10 years old: Please wear a mask while at any LTYA event.
• Please social distance and maintain at least 6 feet separation from others not in your household where possible.
• Please wash/sanitize your hands before, during and after any LTYA event.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. We will continue to monitor local health conditions and maintain our dialogue with LTISD as well as our soccer sanctioning bodies. Protocols will be updated as conditions continue to improve.
