Lighthouse Kids Club might be just what you’re looking for! 🔦

We’re looking for caring, dependable volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of children in our community. Whether you can give just 1 hour a month or several hours each week, your time can make a lasting impact!

You’ll have the opportunity to:
📚 Help with homework
💛 Encourage kids in their faith walk
✂️ Help with crafts and activities
✨ Most importantly, share the light of Christ!

Our Kids Club meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30–5:30 PM at Lighthouse Family Ministries in Bedias.

💙 We grieve the loss of our sweet Lighthouse family member, Daniel.

Daniel was always so supportive of Lighthouse, our programs, and our events. I often said that he and Mark were some of our very best advertising! Daniel didn’t just tell others about Lighthouse, he was an amazing example of what it means to be a lighthouse for Christ. 🎚 He loved the Lord with all of his heart, and he demonstrated that love in the way he lived his life and treated others.

Daniel was always kind, encouraging, and creative. His presence brought something special to our Lighthouse family, and we will miss him dearly.

While our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing that this is not goodbye forever. We know we will see Daniel again in Heaven one day. 💛

Please join us in praying for his family and for everyone who knew and loved Daniel. May God surround them with His comfort, peace, and strength during this difficult time.

Apparently, I missed National Nonprofit Day yesterday! 😊

Wow—there is SO much I have learned about the nonprofit world since we launched Lighthouse in 2023, and there is still so much more to learn! There have certainly been challenges, unexpected turns, and plenty of unknowns along the way.

But the one thing I know for certain is this: we are doing exactly what God called us to do, and HE IS IN IT! 🙌💛

Lighthouse is a ministry close to my heart, and I am so thankful for every person who has prayed for us, volunteered, donated, encouraged us, or simply believed in what God is doing through this ministry.🎚
