Peaks & Pieces Quilt Guild

Peaks & Pieces Quilt Guild Membership meetings are held in Main Street United Methodist Church, Washington Street entrance in downtown Bedford, VA. The monthly meeting is at 6:30 p.m.

on the second Tuesday of each month, with social time beginning at 6:00pm. Peaks & Pieces was established in November 1989, when seven ladies met at the Bedford Baptist Church with the hope of beginning a quilt guild. The group has grown to about 25 members presently. We invite anyone who quilts and/or wants to learn to quilt to come visit during one of our meetings.

We will be at this event selling raffle tickets for our quilt as well as quilted items made from remaining fabric.

One of our favorite meetings is the Annual October TLC night. This year’s baby and toddler quilts will go to the Bedford Community Christmas Station and the adult quilts will go to the Elks Home. Some quilters were not present this evening, so Irene showed both hers and others’ quilts. If I have failed to attribute a quilt correctly, my apologies…please correct in the comments!
