On behalf of the West Virginia Home Builders Association, we extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Doug Skaff.

Doug was not only a leader in our state but also a consistent supporter of the housing industry and West Virginia’s working families. His dedication to service and commitment to progress left a meaningful impact on our communities—and on the work we do as home builders.

We are grateful for the time, attention, and advocacy Doug shared with our members over the years. He will be remembered for his passion, generosity, and vision for a better West Virginia.
