Providing elements to preserve, inspire, and cultivate community involvement and

improvement. Through the preservation of artifacts, education, motivation, intervention and prevention. Each program provided will empower individuals with knowledge, skills, and opportunity to improve standards of living. The Center will contribute to the development of a productive environment in which to live, work, learn, and grow. The organization consist of positive people committed to ensuring youth and adults receive education and guidance to increase self-esteem and to be productive members of society.
