Binky Patrol Comforting Covers We make blankets and give them away to children and teens in need of comfort: ill, abused, homeless, trauma. ANYONE can volunteer. It's fun and easy.

Binky Patrol is an all volunteer, national, non-profit organization that makes and distributes homemade blankets to children born drug-addicted, infected with or fighting other chronic and terminal illnesses, those who are abused, in foster care, or experiencing trauma of any kind. We have chapters throughout the US and would love to have more. All ages and skill levels are welcome. If you have an open heart, and an hour a month - you can help us change lives. Get your company, group, school, club, or community involved! All blanket types are welcome. As long as they are homemade, soft, washable and from your heart, they are perfect.

Just two weeks until our annual Bink-A-Thon! Each and every blanket is donated to support babies, children, and teenagers in need. We are so lucky to have our volunteers and so proud of every volunteer that pours their love into their homemade blanket. The blankets created at our Bink-A-Thons are donated to hospitals, foster care programs, homeless shelters, disaster relief programs, and other avenues that directly support children and teenagers.

These pictures were posted by after receiving donations from our .westla chapter. We are so thankful for everyone involved in our organization.

A week and a half ago, we continued our 30 year celebration in Southern California with the people who continue to make us, well, us! Volunteers, area coordinators, and recipients all showed up to celebrate what Binky Patrol has become over the last three decades.

To those who dedicate their time volunteering, thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.
