What a wonderful way to celebrate 10 years of Buzzy’s Bees Golf Tournaments.

Each year brought a new theme, a shared mission, and countless memories. As we gathered for our finale celebration on Saturday, it was incredibly special to walk down memory lane and reflect on why we do this work and the families who inspire our mission every day.

We are deeply grateful for every participant, donor, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who helped make these events not only successful fundraisers, but meaningful and memorable experiences. Thank you for being part of this journey and for helping us create a decade of impact, connection, and remembrance. 💛⛳️

As we prepare to say goodbye to our beloved tradition of gathering on the golf course, we can’t help but reflect on the past 10 years of memories made together. This event has been so much more than a fundraiser for Buzzy’s Bees — it has been a way to honor and remember the precious children whose lives were taken far too soon. We are endlessly grateful for every swing, every laugh, every story shared, and every person who helped make these years so meaningful. ⛳️ ❤️ 📷

Today, we honor every kind of mother. 💛

To the moms holding their babies close.
To the moms carrying life and hope.
To the moms navigating infertility or pregnancy after loss.
To the moms whose arms ache for the child they miss.
To the mothers grieving miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or the loss of a child at any age.
To the women celebrating today, and the women simply surviving it.

Mother’s Day can hold both love and heartbreak at the same time. Please know that your motherhood matters. Your child matters. Your grief is seen and you are not alone.

For a decade, our community has gathered on the greens to turn a simple game of mini golf into something much more meaningful. We’ve putted, laughed, and gathered to support bereaved parents through the Buzzy’s Bees Golf Tournament. It’s been an incredible journey, but all great things must eventually reach the 18th hole.

As we hit our 10th anniversary, our planning committee has decided to retire this beloved event. While we are hanging up the putters, our heart remains the same. This final tournament is a celebration of the community we’ve built and the work we will continue to do.

These numbers are heartbreaking. With May being , it’s so important to bring awareness to the impact grief and loss can have on individuals and families and to highlight the importance of access to support and a community that understands 💛

At Jessica's House, we see what support can change. During Mental Health Awareness Month, these statistics remind us what happens when childhood grief goes unsupported and why showing up for grieving children and families matters so deeply. 💙

As The Healing Shelf continues, we remain committed to lifting up books that speak honestly to the realities of grief. This series exists to honor stories that do not rush sorrow or try to solve it, but recognize its weight, its complexity, and its enduring presence.

Buzzy’s Bees founder, Amanda Drews, has written our latest book review. Having experienced the profound loss of her 13-month-old son, this book immediately came to mind when Buzzy’s Bees began the series. We are deeply grateful to Amanda for taking the time to share her reflections on a book that had such a meaningful impact as she and her family were navigating through heartache and grief.
