Introducing Katia–one of our 2026 Ride for a Child honored children! 🚴🎗️

Katia is an eleven-year-old who loves gaming and cats!

She’s a big fan of Netflix’s Wednesday and K-Pop Demon Hunters. Katia also likes to draw and color 🩷💜

Katia was diagnosed with leukemia, a type of blood cancer.

Katia is one of our Ride For A Child - Candlelighters for Children With Cancer Honored Children!

Every year, our Ride for a Child cyclists fundraise in honor of children who have been diagnosed with cancer, culminating in the Cycle Oregon Rally!

Family Day always gives us to many happy memories to look back on!

Say hi to Cohen–one of our Honored Children for this year's Ride for a Child fundraiser 🚴‍♂️🎉

Cohen is one-and-a-half years old and loves music and petting dogs.

He enjoys listening to Willie Nelson and Raffi, and reading books like his favorite, Pout Pout Fish 🐠

Cohen was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma, a rare bone cancer, at four months old.

Cohen is one of our honored children for Ride For A Child - Candlelighters for Children With Cancer, Candlelighters' biggest annual fundraiser!

Every year, our Ride for a Child cyclists fundraise in honor of children who have been diagnosed with cancer, culminating in the Cycle Oregon Rally!

This Mother's Day, we celebrate the strength of the mothers in the pediatric cancer community 🎗️

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, all family members are impacted, and, in many cases, moms are the primary caretakers, taking on added responsibilities in the family unit.

Our Candlelighters moms are an inspiration to all! Today, we applaud your tenacity, wisdom, energy and power. Know that Candlelighters is here for you every step of the journey 💛

Cheers to the start of the Ride for a Child 2026 season! 🍻

We had a blast kicking off our annual Ride for a Child fundraiser at our Rider Kickoff event!

A big thank you to Hopworks Brewery for having us and for hosting a giveback at their SE location the same night!

Ride For A Child - Candlelighters for Children With Cancer is Candlelighters’ biggest annual fundraiser. Cyclists fundraise throughout the season in honor of children who have been diagnosed with cancer, culminating in Cycle Oregon’s 3-day rally ride from August 28 – September 2
