Songs for Saplings is a nonprofit ministry working since 2003 and based in Portland, Oregon. God has supplied us richly with His grace, with the great and deep truths of the Bible, and He has given us gifts to be able to make and share this music with you. It is our prayer that this music will work in the minds and hearts of your children so that they can daily hear the great truths from Scripture

. We want them to learn about their God and how he cares for them, and we hope they learn to love him more through these songs. She and her husband James live in in Portland and have six beautiful children, two delightful and sweet daughters-in-lay, and two adequate grandchildren. Joel and Deann Vermillion have spent years investing in ministry in Sweden, serving at a Bible school, discipling young believers, and helping develop outdoor ministries that connect naturally with Swedish culture. Through their love for the people and their deep understanding of the country's history, they have watched Sweden's spiritual landscape change while remaining hopeful that God is continuing to draw people to Himself.

What is a covenant?

An agreement that God makes with us, in which He guarantees to keep His promise.

Psalm 105 reminds us that God “remembers His covenant forever.” What a foundational truth for children to learn: God keeps His promises. This song gives families a simple way to sing, remember, and talk together about the faithfulness of God.
