Oregon Skating Council Oregon Skating Council (OSC) is a USFS Interclub Association of US Figure Skating. Only a USFS skating club may be a member of OSC.

Oregon Skating Council (OSC) is a USFS Interclub Association composed of USFS member skating clubs with their principle skating headquarters in Oregon, Southwest Washington and the Northern parts of California and Nevada. Membership in OSC is not exclusive. A USFS skating club that is a full member of OSC may at the same time and without restriction be a member of another USFS Interclub Associatio

n. The mission of the Oregon Skating Council is to promote the sport of figure skating on ice in Oregon. OSC also serves those areas of Washington, California and Nevada that are regionally connected to ice sports activities in Oregon such the members of clubs in those areas are Oregon residents or are affected by and participate on a regular basis on ice skating activities in Oregon, the Portland – Vancouver Metropolitan area, the Medford – Ashland area, The Dalles - Hood River Area and the Klamath Falls area.
