HELP OUT A BEAVERCREEK NEIGHBOR!!

In the early morning hours of October 30 the Angerer family were awakened by the sound of smoke detectors alarming in their south Beavercreek home. They found that their home was on fire and quickly rushed to get the entire family and dogs out. Luckily everyone made it out okay however the fire caused some significant damage and now the Angerer family needs help getting back on their feet to replace what has been lost or damaged.

Nic is a Firefighter/Paramedic, his wife Aimee is a nurse and works at Bethesda North Hospital in the Emergency Department.

The family said it could take 7-9 months before they are going to be back inside the house. Every donation is greatly appreciated as it is going to a family who proudly serves their communities each and every day. Thank you to everyone who puts forth a donation and we hope this finds the Angerer family some comfort during a very difficult time.

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio – Solvita Blood Center (the former Community Blood Center) has a critical need for type O blood - and ALL blood types! Support the local supply by donating at the Irongate Inc., Realtors community blood drive Tuesday, Sept. 26 from noon to 3 p.m. at 3295 Kemp Road, Beavercreek.

All registered donors will receive a special edition quarter-zip, long-sleeve shirt featuring the new Solvita logo.

Everyone who registers to donate Sept. 5-30 at any Solvita blood drive, or the Dayton Donation Center is automatically entered in the drawing to win a pair of tickets to “The Game,” the Nov. 25 meeting between Ohio State and Michigan Nov. 25 in Ann Arbor. The winner will also receive an Expedia gift card for hotel and travel.
