The great work we are doing at BCMH is being recognized! Recently, we were honored with a in Quality designation from the , as determined by the . This puts BCMH in the Top 20 for quality among all critical access hospitals in the U.S.

The elite group of hospitals was selected from the Chartis 2026 top 100 Critical Access Hospital list, which BCMH was named to earlier this year. From that list, the top 20 critical access hospitals overall were chosen, 20 best practice designations based on quality (including BCMH) were awarded, and another 20 designations were awarded for achieving success in patient perspective.

BCMH will be officially recognized in September at NRHA’s Critical Access Hospital Conference in Kansas City, Mo.
