PIGGLY WIGGLY CONTRIBUTES TO VETERANS

Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly recently presented checks to the local Beaver Dam Veteran organizations from their roundup month held earlier this summer.

VFW Post 1163 Beaver Dam Recognizes The Market

Recently, the Clarence Keskey VFW Post 1163 recognized The Market in Beaver Dam for their outstanding service to their Post, veterans, and the local BD community. The Market held a month-long roundup and a customer appreciation day fry that included a Saturday Brat Fry. Proceeds from both events were given to the Post for their Veteran programs. Pictured are Post Membership Chairman Randy Meyer, Cashier Olga Pchalek, Store Manager Dave Oviedo, and Post Adjutant Jeremy Baker. Once again, many thanks to The Market in Beaver Dam!

WOW… what an incredible day!

When we announced our VFW Post 1163 Brat Fry, we put out a call to our community, and today you answered in a big way.

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who stopped by to get lunch, made a donation, visited with our members, or simply showed their support. It was truly wonderful to see so many familiar faces and meet new friends throughout the day.

The success of events like this is only possible because of the amazing community we are blessed to be part of. Your support helps us continue our mission of serving veterans, their families, and our local community.

Thank you to Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly for hosting us, to our volunteers who worked hard behind the scenes, and to every person who chose to spend part of their Saturday with us.

Today was a great reminder that when our community comes together, great things happen.

From all of us at VFW Post 1163… thank you for your support, your generosity, and for making today such a success!

🌭 Join Us for a Brat Fry! 🌭

The members of VFW Post 1163 invite you to stop by and support your local veterans at our Brat Fry this Saturday, June 20, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly in Beaver Dam.

We’ll be serving up delicious brats and hamburgers while raising funds to support veterans, military families, youth programs, and community initiatives right here in our area.

Bring your family, grab some lunch, and help us continue serving those who have served our nation.

Today we celebrate 251 years of the United States Army.

Since June 14, 1775, generations of Soldiers have answered the call to serve, defend, and protect our nation. Through times of war and peace, they have demonstrated courage, sacrifice, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to something greater than themselves.

On this Army Birthday, we honor not only those currently serving, but also the veterans, retirees, and families whose support and sacrifices have helped strengthen our nation for more than two centuries.

Thank you to every Soldier who has worn the uniform with pride and to those who continue to uphold the Army’s values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage.

Memorial Day Service Reminder 🇺🇸

If you’re unable to attend the Beaver Dam Memorial Day Service in person, you can still watch the ceremony live on the Daily Dodge Radio page.

The service begins at 10:15 AM at the Veterans Memorial located at Oakwood Cemetery along Hwy 33 in Beaver Dam.

We are especially proud to share that this year’s guest speaker is our very own Post member and State Commander, Ty Letto.

Wishing everyone a blessed and meaningful Memorial Day as we honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country.
