I feel like I'm begging, but if that's what it takes that is what I will do. I am trying to plan a trip to Montana. First one in 11 years. Can you imagine not being able to see your parents for that long? We will be gone about 2 weeks. Kori will need help at The Mission Center. I need time to train somebody on opening and closing and day to day activities. I have someone from Owensboro who is willing to make their work schedule around what I need, but I would think that with all the people right here in Ohio County, we shouldn't have to rely on someone driving a minimum of 60 miles a day to volunteer their time and lose out on pay they would be getting at work. Come on Ohio County. I know we can do better. Our plan at this time is the very end of July into August. If you can volunteer your time. Please message me.

The Mission Center is in need of dependable, committed volunteers to help support our ongoing operations. We are especially looking for someone who is comfortable overseeing and coordinating the work of other volunteers, helping ensure tasks are completed efficiently and the donation area remains organized.

Volunteer responsibilities include sorting and organizing donated items, such as separating summer and winter clothing, men's and women's items, and adult and children's clothing.

We understand that you may not be available at all times. However, we are seeking volunteers who can commit to a consistent schedule and specific hours so we can effectively plan and serve our community's needs.

The 2 boxes are still here.

Thanks to a commenters idea: Someone want this come get it. it is just me here right now and I can't pick it up by myself. So someone help yourself. No idea what all it is. Must take it all, no digging through it.

Someone help me understand this. It is raining. It was forecast to rain. We have a sign out saying we are not accepting donations because we are full. But this happens. Now, because this was left out in the rain, it will do no one any good and I have to pay to haul it off to them dump. Please....... be mindful when leaving donations that you aren't costing the already struggling nonprofit more money. They weren't even left under the awning.
