The City of Beaver Dam is planning for the future of Tahoe Park and your feedback is important to us! Please take a few minutes to complete the Tahoe Park Master Plan Survey to help in the planning process.

For those who prefer, printed copies of the survey will be available at City Hall, the Library, Chamber of Commerce, and The Watermark. Completed copies can be returned to those same locations.
