OAK VALLEY II COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

1st Annual Holiday Decorating Contest!



That’s right! We are having a holiday decorating contest and all are invited to participate! Prizes will be awarded: First place is a $100 Visa gift card, Second is a $50 Visa Gift card and 3rd is a $25 Visa gift card. Judging will take place on December 18, 2016! But first there are some rules and disclosures (always rules and disclosures!)

Members may not place decorations in a manner that impedes access to the common area. This includes common area landscape. The Association will not assume any responsibility for any decorations placed in the common area! Ornaments may not be placed on the roof (we know its super high but we had to remind you just to be on the safe side  ). The judges are Oak Valley’s social committee.

Judging will take place on December 18, 2016, so remember to turn your lights on!

Adjourned Annual Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Have you turned in your ballot or proxy? Contact Action Property Management for a replacement ballot if you lost it or a proxy so we can reach quorum. The meeting is being held at Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon, 36211 Champions in Beaumont.

If you haven't had a chance to see the great progress of the new seed at the 3-acre park stop by next week! Management is scheduling the removal of the temporary fencing and the park should be re-opening within the next week.

REMINDER: Tonight's board meeting will be held at 6:30pm at the Morongo Golf Course at Tukwet Canyon located at 36211 Champions Drive, Beaumont, CA.

Over the next few days, O'Connell Landscape will be in the lower park area removing rocks, leveling and re-seeding the grass. Next week temporary fencing will be installed, which will result in the closure of the park area with the exception of the play structure/picnic areas. The closure will last anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks. Updates will be posted as received, thank you!

Thank you to those who attended the Basketball Court Grand Opening event this past Saturday! There was a great turn out from the residents, who enjoyed food from Tacos & Beer, jumpers, face painters, and Kona Ice. Also, congratulations to the winners of the raffle prizes!!
