Desert Edge VFW Post 233

Desert Edge VFW Post 233 Originally, the City of Banning VFW Post 4417, chartered in September 1945 was the only VFW Post in this area.

In December 1999, Beaumont Memorial VFW Post 233 was chartered. In July 2007, both VFW Post's merged & have now become Desert Edge VFW Post 233.

The BBQ grill was generously donated by HCN BANK, with special thanks to Katie White and Linda Handly. Rictor Davis contributed two large packages of ground beef and a full propane bottle. Additional members present from VFW Post 233 were Commander Jim Lillibridge, Ernest Keels, and Ken Johnson.
