We didn’t get to see this big boy when we dropped off his food at his front door, but we weren’t getting away that easily! 😂🐶

When we went around back to deliver food to another tenant, his momma made sure we knew he had been waiting for us and that we couldn’t leave without giving him some love! 🥰

There’s always time for a little extra love and attention for our sweet babies.

I was coming up to get some supplies when I saw this feral kitty inside the food container!

She was keeping a very watchful eye on everyone in front of her, making sure she knew exactly what was going on. But she didnt know I was sneaking up behind her!

Let’s just say when she realized she wasn’t alone, she disappeared faster than you can imagine! 💨🐈‍⬛

Sneaky little kitty! ❤️🐾

Sweet little Cooney came out to greet us with his baby in his mouth! 🧸🐶

Is this not the cutest thing ever?! 😅

Cooney you sure know how to melt our hearts!

From stray to best friend! Meet Sarge...

Mr. Jimmy recently found this sweet pup wandering as a stray. Instead of turning away he took him in and gave him a name ... Sarge!

They are now bonded and the very best of friends! There’s just something so special when a stray finds someone who takes him in and gives him a forever home.

Sarge has now been vaccinated and received his flea and heartworm medication. Next on the list is getting this handsome boy neutered!

We are SO happy when stories like Sarge’s have a happy ending! 🥹 Thank you, Mr. Jimmy, for opening your heart and home to a pup who needed you. You’ve given Sarge so much more than a home. You’ve given him a best friend for life! 🐶❤️🐾

It’s so dry, and it’s still hot out here!

As we make our rounds we see so many places where pets are outside with filthy water buckets or even no water at all.

PLEASE remember that WATER is just as important as FOOD for your pets!

Remember they depend on us for their basic needs and they can’t refill their own bowls or tell us when they’re thirsty or hungry.

Please be observant and call your local 311 to report pets that are neglected.

We had finished cleaning up around Luna’s area and tossing her balls back to her. Then it was time for her “chewy”!

Look how she’s holding it right on top of her ball! Isn’t that the cutest thing? 🐾😍

So I finally quit fighting this sassy little girl to cut her nails!

I’ve tried many times to cut them out on the streets but every single time she about eats me up! 😅 Let’s just say Gigi has made her opinion very clear about me doing her nails!

This time I called in reinforcements. I sent her over to the Humane Society of Southeast Texas and let Eddie Johnson deal with her!

She’ll be coming back to you Eddie LOL!

We also want to give BIG thank you to one of our volunteers Patty Williams Pittman for helping with transportation for Mr. JJ and Gigi and many more!

It takes a village to take care of our Street Pets and we are so thankful for each one of you who helps with them! 🐾❤️
