We love getting out into the community and learning more about the incredible organizations serving Southeast Texas through our new Member Connections initiative! 🧩💙

In July, the Southeast Texas Nonprofit Development Center team had the opportunity to visit TAN Healthcare’s Beaumont Health Center, where we were welcomed by CEO Dena Hughes and learned more about the organization’s commitment to providing compassionate, accessible healthcare.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, TAN Healthcare offers a wide range of services, including:

🩺 Primary medical care
🧠 Mental health counseling, psychiatric services & medication management
❤️ STD prevention and management
🩸 Chronic disease management, including diabetes care
🌸 Women’s health services
💊 On-site pharmacy services through Avita Care Solutions
🚐 Patient support, referrals, transportation & translation services in Spanish and ASL

We were especially impressed by the compassion of the TAN Healthcare team and their dedication to ensuring patients have access to the care and resources they need.
