We want to let you know that the resurfacing of the basketball court is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 28, 2026. The resurfacing process requires five full days to cure, so the court will remain closed through Friday, October 2, 2026.
The project will be completed by True-Line. Protective tape will be placed around the court on Monday, and signs notifying residents of the temporary closure will be posted this afternoon.
For everyone’s safety and to ensure the resurfacing cures properly, please do not cross the tape or enter the court at any time during the closure. Keeping the court undisturbed during this period is essential to preventing damage to the new surface and avoiding extra costs and delays to the project.
As a reminder, residents are responsible for ensuring that their guests and visitors also follow the temporary closure. Anyone who enters the closed area or interferes with the resurfacing may be subject to enforcement action, including being called to hearing with the Board of Directors and potentially being fined in accordance with the community’s governing documents.
We understand that the temporary closure may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation while this maintenance project is completed. The resurfacing will help keep the basketball court in good condition and ensure the work is completed before the rainy season begins.

I wanted to thank everyone who came out this past weekend for the Summer Block Party. We sold out of all the extra tickets 30 minutes before the party began. Congratulations to the raffle winners and looking forward to the next Cosmic Pool Party August 1. First come, first served until we run out (or 9 pm, which ever comes first).

Looking forward to seeing everyone who pre-purchased their tickets to tomorrow's event. Those who wish to purchase tickets tomorrow at the event, we will start selling them at 12 noon. There are a very limited number and once they are sold that's it.
