π΅ππ Our Hearts Are With Mindanao ππ΅π
Today, our hearts ache for our fellow Filipinos in Mindanao as they face the aftermath of a powerful earthquake that brought fear, uncertainty, and devastation to many communities.
As Filipinos, no matter where we are in the world, we are connected by one homeland, one people, and one spirit. When our kababayans suffer, we suffer with them. When they cry, we cry with them. And when they need strength, we come together in prayer and solidarity.
Please pray for Mindanao.
Pray for the families who ran from their homes seeking safety.
Pray for the parents trying to comfort frightened children.
Pray for the elderly, the sick, and those who are struggling through this difficult moment.
Pray for those who may have lost their homes, their livelihoods, and their sense of security.
Pray for the rescuers, volunteers, medical teams, and first responders who are risking their own safety to help others.
In a matter of seconds, lives can change. What began as an ordinary day became a moment filled with fear and uncertainty for so many of our brothers and sisters.
Yet even in the midst of shaking ground and anxious hearts, we hold on to faith, hope, and the strength that has always defined the Filipino people.
βThe Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.β β Psalm 34:18
May God wrap His loving arms around every family affected.
May He bring protection to those in danger, comfort to those who are afraid, and strength to those who feel overwhelmed.
To our kababayans in Mindanao: you are not alone. Your fellow Filipinos around the world are thinking of you, praying for you, and standing with you.
Together, as one Filipino family, we lift Mindanao in prayer. ππ΅π
