A dozen or so members of the Beaufort Garden Club enjoyed a lovely stroll along Calico Creek in Morehead City today. The weather was perfect and it was nice to enjoy a place so close to home that we don’t see every day. Happy October!

October Yard of the Month is awarded to Bonnie & Ted Bobetsky at 422 Taylorwood Drive.
SO much to see! It is such an oasis by the lake.
Some of you may not know that Bonnie, a long time BGC member, painted our adorable "Yard of the Month" sign many years ago.
You sure are artistic in the garden also Bonnie!! I really enjoyed touring your yard and seeing all of your treasures and learning your tips about container gardening also! Stop on by ladies, Bonnie would love to share her gardens with you also.
