A magical weekend at Black Creek Scout Reservation indeed! Pack 1 took over a dozen families to a beautiful weekend of camping in Georgia for the Coastal Georgia Council's Spring Adventures in fine Harry Potter style. These kids were so awesome in their Cub Scout spirit that Pack 1 proudly took home the coveted Spirit Stick award! Here's to more adventures, Pack 1 😁

Big splashy thanks to Troop 1 BSA Scouts for their help, and the fun-loving firefighters from the City of Beaufort who came out to spray down our Cubs and friends! It’s a great start to a stellar year ahead 🤩

What is it about Scouts?
Do we explore nature and go camping? Absolutely! Do we race pinewood derby cars? Every year! Do we serve our community? Yes, and with much pride.
Beyond all the fun and adventure is a character-building program that encourages making good ethical choices, family strengthening, physical fitness and citizenship skills for our children. You’re invited to our Open House event to learn more about Cub Scouts and Pack 1 of Beaufort along with sweet treats and a splashy visit with the Beaufort County Fire Department.
This is also OPEN REGISTRATION night so new Cub Scouts (Kinder to 5th grade) can join right away!

Congratulations to Pack 1 Cubs for ranking up this past Saturday! And special thanks to our strong tribe of 13 volunteer parent leaders who put so much of their time and hearts into the Scouting experience for our kids. It's going to be a great summer and new year ahead. Let's go, Pack 1!

Pack 1 cleaned up Beaufort River by filling up big bags of trash from along the Bay Street waterfront. These Cubs and their families spent an evening of their Spring Break to serve the community (and good practice for Easter egg hunting!). Way to go!!

It was a gorgeous weekend at Camp Ho Non Wah for the 2025 Spring Family Campout, and Pack 1 had a "blast"! From BB guns, slingshots, and archery to canoeing and crafts, we love getting outside and learning new things. Thanks to the staff and scouts at Ho Non Wah!

Our 2024 Fall Family Campout at Givhans Ferry was a blast! From nature hikes and knot tying to swim safety and our Twig Boat Regatta in the Edisto, it was a weekend of adventure with the whole Pack. Special shout-out to Chef Eric for feeding us so well, and Troop 1 for leading and teaching our Cubs!

HUGE thank you to the Beaufort City Fire Department, Battalion 1, for making our Open House night a real splash!! Your crew was so kind, so much fun. Over 20 kids came to visit and check out our Cub Scouts program, and to date, 12 have officially joined our Pack family. It's going to be a GREAT year! Next up - the Fall Family Campout at a local state park... and more to come!

Woohoo! We're Back to Pack tonight! It was a great summer but we sure missed getting together. New and interested scouts, we hope you can come next week - Aug 27 - for our Sprinkle & Splash Open House Night!
