Last week, we had the pleasure of stopping by Edward Jones with some donuts as a small way of saying THANK YOU for their continued support of the Beatrice Community Hospital Foundation!

Edward Jones has supported the B*H Foundation since 2016, the very first year of our Premier Partner Program! For a decade, they have continued to stand behind our mission of enhancing patient-and-family-centered healthcare services throughout our region.

What a beautiful Night of Light ✨

Last night, over 400 people joined us for Night of Light for Every Fight. Thank you for your presence, you helped make this evening one we will never forget.

Together, we gathered to remember those we have lost, honor those who have faced cancer, celebrate survivors and fighters, and surround our community with hope and support.

A heartfelt thank you to every guest, volunteer, vendor, presenter, and community member who helped bring this event to life. From the luminaries lighting the path to the stories shared and the moments of reflection, every part of the evening was made more special because of you.

Cancer touches so many lives, and last night was a beautiful reminder that no one has to face it alone.

Night Of Light Parking Info! 🚗

As we get closer to the second annual Night of Light for Every Fight event, here are some helpful parking tips to know before you go!

North Entrance 💚
Please enter the B*H campus using the far north entrance off of Highway 77. This will be the designated entrance for everyone attending the event.

Yellow Marked Spaced = Event Parking 💛
These spaces are open for all Night of Light attendees

Orange Marked Spaces = Handicap Accessible Parking 🧡
These spaces are reserved for those who need accessible parking. Wheelchairs will be available for anyone who may need them.

We can't wait to welcome you to Night of Light this Thursday!

Night of Light for Every Fight - Pending Weather Plans ☀️🌦️

With Night of Light scheduled for tomorrow evening and a little rain in the forecast, we want to share a weather update for all those planning to attend.

Light drizzle or occasional sprinkles: The event will continue as planned! So grab your rain jackets and still plan to join us!

Heavy rain or thunderstorms: For the safety of everyone attending, Night of Light will be cancelled with no back up date. In the event of a cancellation, we will announce that information by 2pm on Thursday, October 1.

We know rain is a good thing, but we are still crossing our fingers (and toes) for a dry, beautiful evening to be able to gather together.

We are so excited for these 8 local food and drink vendors to be joining us at the 2nd Annual Night of Light event, this Thursday, October 1!

It is officially Night of Light for Every Fight Week!!!🎉🎉

The countdown is on and we can't wait to see our community come together this Thursday, October 1, from 6-9PM at the B*H Main Parking Lot!

Here's what you can look forward to when you arrive:

⭐6:00 PM | The event begins!
Visit informational booths from B*H Departments, Beatrice Mary Family YMCA, Nebraska Hematology & Oncology, and more! Learn, connect, and find resources right here in our community.

🍔Grab a bite to eat!
We will have 7 food and drink trucks joining us, so come hungry and grab dinner and a drink while you take in everything happening around you!

🕯️Create a Luminary and Fun for the Little Ones!
Decorate a luminary in honor or in memory of someone special. Kids will have the chance to make an origami butterfly, get their face painted, or play with chalk!

🏮Around 7:30PM | Presenters
We will gather to hear from the YMCA, NHO, a cancer supporter, and a cancer fighter as they share messages of hope, strength, and encouragement. As the sun begins to set, grab a lantern and join us for the Walk of Light around B*H.

Whether you are walking for yourself, someone you love, someone you miss, or simply to show your support, there is a place for you here!

The final numbers are in and our B*H Rehab and Behavioral Health Departments are thrilled to share the total with you! 🎉
