Mark your calendars for a fun 6-week session of Bungee Fly with Shelly! Class will be held on Wednesday evenings at 6:30. There is no fee for members (non-members are $12), but registration is required to save your spot. Head to the Class Schedule page of our website (beatriceymca.org), click on Wednesday, then scroll down until you find the Bungee Fly class.

We are hosting our next 1000 lb club tryout on Saturday, June 13th at 8 am!
This is free for members but please sign up at the front desk and take a list of the rules. Women can try out for the 500 lbs club. We will use the Wilkes co-efficient to take into account individuals age and body weight.
Looking forward to starting a new board of club members and maybe breaking the record highs in squat, deadlift and bench-press!
