The Beardstown Fall Fun Festival would like to Thank everyone who helped put on our 2nd ever Murder Mystery Dinner!🍽️

We would not have been able to do this without the help of you all!

First we want to thank Beth and Jace Jones for using the RoundHouse. This building has been a huge asset for this community. It is a great place to hold events, such as this, and we wouldn’t have been able to pull this off without this building. It is a very unique atmosphere.
Beth Jones has been the best to work with and she helped organize and set up our venue to make it accommodating for this event. She was patient and understanding through the whole process.
Thank you to Beth and Heather Spears for bartending that evening as well.

Next, we want to thank JBS for the donation of the ribs.
Brian Warden and Save A Lot was a huge help of supplies and food ordering.
Our smoke masters-Mike Mueller. He came from Iowa to smoke the ribs for us along with Wells Petersen!
Mike will also be at FFF with a food truck 😊
Josh Stocker for smoking the chicken! Both meats were great!
Dan and Fawn Rohn for making the dressing and running any errand asked!
Kathy Long for cooking the green beans, baked potatoes & rolls.
Mcdonalds for supplying the ice.
Cody Ren for the balloon display.
Reagen Morato for the painted wall art.
Desserts by Barbara Wiegand and Georgeann Logsdon,
Most importantly the CAST for taking the time out of their full time jobs to participate in this event and make it so successful & fun for everyone!
We want to thank Trevor Courson and Caleph for running sound and First Christian Church for letting us borrow the sound equipment.
Kirsten Monroe for being the backstage helper.
Thanks to the BHS National Honor Society members that donated their time to serve & bus the tables.
Tiffany Allen for making the centerpiece signs.
Our FFF royalty for always stepping up and stepping in and helping in any way at any event they can!!
We lastly want to thank you all-the community-for always showing up & supporting the FFF, we look forward to more events to come!

We as the committee want to give a special shout out to Sadie for her commitment, dedication and going all out for putting this event on after newly joining the festival committee. She ROCKED IT!!!⭐️

With that being said— a pork chop fundraiser at Roy Roberts Park 4th of July festivities is in the works for this year!☀️🧨

We also are excited for the upcoming FALL FUN FESTIVAL we always love to have your support there as well! 🍂

Queen Yasmin traveled to Barry today to present The 2025 Grande Parade Champions, Western CUSD 12, with the brand new Cliff Kaminsky Traveling Trophy.

The trophy got an upgrade this year after the originally suffered an irreparable accident. The new trophy is 72 inches tall and boast a more Beardstown Tiger color theme. Each year the trophy is presented to the parade Grand Champion of the marching band competition of the parade in memory of former BHS Band Director Cliff Kaminsky.
The trophy stays with the winner until the next years parade. It is a fun way to foster friendly competition as well as being a standout in the schools trophy case.

Congratulations again to Director Mrs. Washington and Western CUSD 12 on their parade championship.
Only 181 days until the next Fall Fun Festival Grande Parade!

Wow—we are truly blown away! Thank you so much to everyone in Beardstown and the surrounding communities for your incredible support. This was one of our best turnouts in years, and it’s all because of you!

We sincerely appreciate your patience and apologize to anyone who experienced a wait. Our small but dedicated group of volunteers did their very best to keep things running smoothly, and we are so grateful for your understanding. A special thank you to the VFW for working nonstop to fry fish, and to our BCA students and Fall Fun Festival royalty for taking their time to deliver ♥️

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you again for showing up and supporting us. Stay tuned for our next fundraiser… we’ve heard there’s a mystery to solve, and we can’t wait to have you all join in! 🕵🏻‍♂️
