A little new-home appreciation post. 💙

We shared a few progress pictures while 310 S. State Street was coming together, and now we actually get to call it home.

We’ve been here for a while now, but it still feels pretty special to walk in and see this space being used the way we imagined it — for meetings, ideas, projects, and all the things CONNECT is working on in Beardstown.

We’re pretty proud of how it turned out. Come see us sometime at 310 S. State Street!

Down on the Farm was a pretty sweet way to spend Family Friday. 🐑🐮💙

Art Zeeck Park was filled with families getting up close with farm animals, feeding a few new friends, learning a little along the way and enjoying an evening together right in downtown Beardstown. We loved seeing so many kids come out and experience it!

A huge thank you to JBS and Community Hope & Recovery Center for sponsoring Down on the Farm and helping us bring another FREE Family Friday to our community. We’re so grateful for your support. 💙

And we’re not finished yet! 🎃 Our next Family Friday is Hocus Pocus on Friday, October 9 from 6–8 PM at Art Zeeck Park. A big thank you to our Hocus Pocus sponsors: JBS, Taylor Clinic, O’Hara Auto Glass, and Colwell Funeral Home. Mark your calendars for one more fun Family Friday before we wrap up the season!
